I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony and stunning views. The staff should work a bit on their customer service skills, but they were helpful with tours and ticket assistance. The location was convenient, despite being on some very steep hills, and it was central to all public transport, with plenty of restaurants just down the street. The dining experience wasn't highlighted, but I did enjoy some tasty Mexican food. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
